A trip to the Champs Elysées of Burgundy along the ‘Grands Crus’ strip.

Travelling from Dijon we will explore some of the the vineyards of Côte de Nuits and drive through quaint typical Burgundy villages.

We will visit a family cellar in Côte de Nuits and, if appropriate, enjoy wine tasting from this domaine.

Thorough practical, introduction to the art of wine tasting. If weather permits, walk in the vineyards to discover the cultivation methods and the vine civilization in Burgundy.

Time permitting, we will stop at a cheese making factory (fromagerie) where they make Epoisses, Palais de Bourgogne & Soumaintrain (closed on Sundays).

After an exquisite lunch at a Michelin-starred restaurant (or equivalent), we’ll explore the city of Dijon and its rich historic heritage.
